Janurary 13-16
In Bible we will read “Faith at School” and “Faith at Play” from A Child’s Book of Character Building.
In Social Studies we will learn about Henry Hudson, The Dutch in the New World, and The Plymouth Plantation.
In Music we are learning “Oh, Susanna” and Gimme, Gimme Ice Cream”.
In Science we will read “Types of Pterosaurs” in Exploring Creation and “Air, Water, and Solids”. We will do an experiment to compare sounds heard in the air and through water.
The children will narrate from The “Tale of Squirrel Nutkin”.
