In Music, the children will practice parachute grips and positions to use as we play a games called “Wiggling Worms”.
In Bible, we will read about Jesus in the Garden and learn about the Breastplate of Righteousness as part of our study of the Armor of God.
School will be closed for Spring Break next week (March 11-14).
February 25-28
We will be reading Robin Hood and the children will listen and narrate, “A Guest at the Feast” from chapter 4.
In History, we will continue to read about Christopher Columbus and will use clay to create an Amphora Vessel.
In Bible, we will read from Daniel 3 and act out the story of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. The children will create a Belt of Truth to wear in class as we study the Armor of God.

Our Valentine Party is this Thursday, February 14. Please remember to send 16 valentines to share and mark them with your child’s name. The children will decorate a mailbox for their valentines and create a special picture frame magnet.
