February 4-7

In Art, we will begin to work on a picture study of the ”Lady with an Ermine” by Leonardo da Vinci. 
In History, we will read about HenryVIII, and the children will paint his picture.
We will begin a recitation of “The Wind” by Robert Louis Stevenson.  Our Valentine Party will be next Thursday, February 14th. Please send 16 Valentines for your child to share with friends. They do not need to be marked with names; the children will pass them directly into the mailboxes that they are planning to make next week.  Please send $1.00 for a party balloon (please turn in by this Thursday, Feb. 7th).
