January 7-10

We will be reading the “Two Unexpected Visitors”.  The children will illustrate what they heard from the story.
In History the children will be creating Stained Glass pictures using cellophane.
The children will narrate Chapter 3 on ”The Castle of the North Wind”.
In Music the children will be taking turns dancing with fairy wings to Monteverdi’s “Canzonetta”.
In Science we will be reading about bees and how they eat pollen, honey, and nectar. We will also read about butterflies and practice the lifecycle in Science Center.
