September 24-27

In Science we will be reading about angiosperms and gymnosperms. The children will collect pinecones, pine needles and flowers to press and label.This week the children will be planting collards and carrots.
In History we will be reading about “Writers and Thinkers” from Ancient Rome and creating invisible ink.
In Bible we will read “Nicodemus Talks to Jesus” from John 3 and “A Little Boy Is Well Again” from John 4.

In Music the children will follow directions to jump, stretch, reach, pull, flap wings, twist, turn, and run on the spot as we listen to “Jump Start for the Queen of Hearts” from “Castles, Knights and Unicorns”.
