In Art the children will make stained glass frames, The Meaning of a Snowman Ornaments, lacing wooden ornaments, and magic scratch snowflakes.
In Music we will learn about holidays in other countries. We will finish our Kwanzaa story and play a Kwanzaa game called “I Got The Spirit”. We will learn about Santa Lucia Day and sing “Santa Lucia”.
Our field trip to the Omni Theatre at the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History is this Thursday, Dec. 9. Please meet at the school (Mrs. Hague and Mrs. Camp will be there by 8:30. We need to leave by 8:45 (they want us to be there by 9:30. The show starts at 10:00.
Please remember to wear your school field trip shirt or Flint Academy shirt on Thursday to the Fort Worth Omni Theatre.
We will come back to the school for lunch after the show, and we will have our party after lunch. Please send a lunch as usual that day.
